Hotel a De Witt

“The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel.”

“The girl working the front desk was excellent, very professional and did everything she could to assist me with the issues at the motel. First off the television would not work properly which highly irritated me... And their ice machine was broken, The room had some minor flaws nothing that was totally unlivable but just enough to be irritating. Overall my stay was just average with the exception of the lady at the front desk who was exceptional”

“Room was adequate. No bugs and was clean for the most part. Several cosmetic issues on our end. Broken door latch, cracked floor tile, the tub drain was broken and didn’t drain well at all as well as some cracks on the tub floor. The elevator was also very sketchy, and the latest inspection posted is from 2019 with specific highlights to mandatory upgrades required by 2020. The keys to our room also didn’t work when we got there but the staff fixed it in a prompt manner. ”

“This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.”

“Check in was a quick and easy process with exceptional customer service. Good choice of breakfast. Easy parking. The room was very clean. The beds comfortable. ”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but the beds a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the views of the Mississippi were a plus. Quaint little Main Street and the best people around. Would definitely stay again.”

“Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. ”
